We do not offer refunds for our microchip registration services. Once you have completed the registration process and your pet's information has been entered into our database, the fee is non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our services and the immediate processing of your pet's microchip information, cancellation requests are not accepted after the registration process has been initiated and payment has been made.
