We do not offer refunds for our microchip registration services. Once you have completed the registration process and your pet's information has been entered into our database, the fee is non-refundable.
You can request cancellation of your subscription at any moment. Upon cancellation, you can utilise the benefits of the platform until the next renewal date.
To initiate a cancellation request, please contact our customer support team at support@petaadhaar.com. Please provide your name, contact details, and any relevant information about the registration.
Due to the nature of our services and the immediate processing of your pet's microchip information, cancellation requests are not accepted after the registration process has been initiated and payment has been made. We recommend reviewing all information carefully before proceeding with registration to ensure accuracy.
